I devloped Mindfocus for Golf as a product that amateur golfers of all ages and abilities could use to improve their game by quickly learning skills that they could apply on the golf course that had been proven to work. One of the reason for the success of Mindfocus for Golf in helping golfers to improve is the use of video, and specifically the development of short, high quality, footage filmed by BBC Scotland, who shot the footage at Meldrum House Golf Club in Aberdeenshire in glorious sunshine, complete with actors, creative directors and scriptwriters...talk about a movie set!

Well, the mental skills are based on 40 years of academic research, so you know that if the recommended skill is to use thought stopping, or imagery, that skill will work, when you follow the instructions within my products.
